This year, at the invitation of our new partner "Göttert-Software", we participated for the first time in the user meeting WEINANALYTIK of the State Wine Institute in Freiburg. The two-day meeting brought together scientists and practitioners from research and application. The event provided an excellent platform to exchange ideas on the latest topics and findings in the analysis of grape, must, and wine assessment, and offered the opportunity to discuss current and new technical information among each other.
Peter Göttert, the owner of Göttert-Software, has been the leading figure in laboratory software for wine laboratories with his software GLIMS for more than 20 years. He not only provides the optimized LIMS for the industry but also the measuring devices and the integrated interfaces. While the GLIMS solution is the perfect solution for the majority of small wine laboratories, Peter Göttert was looking for a partner for the equipment of large customers, which he found in CSS LIMS GmbH. At the user meeting, we appeared together for the first time, and by the end of the year, the essential industry-specific functions from GLIMS should also be implemented in the industry solution "Wine and Beverages" in iLIMS.
At INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA, from November 27 to November 30, 2016, in Stuttgart, we want to present the next stage of development together again.
